- Candidates who are offered admission, must avail it within 5 days by paying the necessary admission charges as described in the current fee structure.
- The candidate will be alloted an admission number on the admission receipt.
- Admission charge once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
Parents intending to withdraw their ward(s) must inform the school at least three (3) months before by submitting a written application so that the school will be able to refund the security amount.
If the name of any student gets struck off due to the long absence he/she will have to pay readmission charge Rs. 1200/-for continuation in the class.
Fee should be submitted by the Parents/Guardians between 8.30 am to 1.00 pm in the day session and from 7.30 am to 12.00 noon in the day session on or before 15th of each month.
If fees are not being paid by 15th of each month, then per day Re. 5/- will be charged as a fine for the same. If fees are not cleared up to three months the name of the student will be struck off from the roll and re-admission fee will be charged @ Rs 1200/- per student.
The transport fee will be charged even for May and June to meet the proper maintenance of the same. The long vacation of school i.e. summer vacation should not be the matter of argument that the candidate(s) have not availed bus service.
Despite of repeated reminder, if fees are not being paid, the names of the wards will be struck off from the school register.
